MARSI Systems… (Mid-America Restaurant Specialties, Inc.) had its start in Chicago in 1974.  In those early years it became apparent to us that there would always be equipment manufacturers and dealers who would provide “generic” items like fryers, coolers, grills, display cases, holding equipment, etc. at competitive prices and limited services.

Incorporated in San Antonio, Texas in 1982, MARSI’s niche is marketing “Specialty” food equipment and concepts supported by "Value Added Services".  Working primarily with proprietary lines, we are committed to the achievement of our slogan:

“Our primary product is customer profitability”

MARSI’s independent representatives are not your traditional sales people.  We are experienced in the operations of traditional food service/restaurants as well as the retail grocery and convenience store business.
